I sort of liked the second one better. Lots of good jokes, but then something comes along and ruins it. (I'm speaking of the crabby patty joke)
Also, it's as if you stumbled upon Encyclopedia Dramatica over night, and imported all your findings into your movie. The Shoop Da Whoop was possibly the funniest thing in the entire movie (Gutsman's Ass being second or third) but I digress, it's an old meme.
